I suppose one could do a CHR hack for Wall Street Kid 1 or 2, also some PRG work to mock up some kind of script to make it fit.
That or if you really irrationally hate the dude, you could really deeply hack some version of Rampart and have him keeping out Mexicans. Replace castles with cities, cannons with tanks or missile emplacements, and then the enemy boats could be illegal immigrant rafts and if they get on land just have some stereotypical mexican border hopper/coyotes at play there. Object of the game is to wall off your cities, suppress illegal immigration with extreme prejudice, and win by keeping them out and walling off former federally illegal sanctuary cities.
I'm sure someone would get a kick out of that.

Well I guess to maybe get back on track here and maybe this fits this thread, but I am so sick of tired of having to explain to some friends IRL why I don't like Witcher 3. They take it so personally and don't let me simply get away from it. It's like I'm being screened for arrest. This series has crafted one of the most annoying fanbases I've had to confront.

Witcher got a bit of a god-like cult status with Witcher 2, but Witcher 3 really pushed that opinion onto the larger gaming public. Fans who refuse to acknowledge even the slightest validity of others' opinions on their series is a bit of others' gaming logic that really irks me X/

The trick is you distract them by saying you also don't like FF7 and Dark Souls.
