Do Playstation jewel cases crack easily?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Those are so much easier to break. I usually stuff the inside of the case with some bubble wrap so the plastic can't be pressed down too far when I ship them.

It's not even that they're easier to break (which they are) as much as how hard they are to replace. Did they even make replacement cases for Sega CD or Saturn back then?
