Archiving Category Moved

The "Archiving" forum category has been moved from "General" to "The Garage" and has been renamed "Archiving & Repro - Documentation and History".

This is to give is more clarification of it's purpose and to differentiate it from a new forum category for archiving and reproducing game software (in cartridge, disk, and optical disc media)
