Finished up Porfy's Long Journey. Excellent series if you like World Masterpiece Theater stories based off classic European novels. The music and backgrounds were incredible.

Started up Guin Saga, which has Uematsu music so that should be interesting.

Recently got really into Naruto, for some reason. Not that bad.

^ the final arc is horrendously not worth it.

You should watch One Piece instead.

Finished Magi: The Kingdom of Magic.

Like the first season...

Stars off with a bang.
First half is fun adventurous stuff with a cool world and so much potential.

Then it comes to a halt in the second half with some final fight like battle with a lame group of villains and I just don't care. This franchise is the poor man's Fairy Tail.

I can't watch Naruto. Too much filler for me.

Didn't have a problem reading it, though.

I recently picked up the *checks* second movie compilation volume of DBZ films. I'd only seen the Broly film previously. Watched Bojack. It was...kinda boring, actually

I think what hampered it was the pacing. The first half was just way to slow. I think it would have been better to cut out a lot of those extended tournament bits and focus more on fleshing out the villains and fights. But I guess that's asking too much :P

As a huge DB/Z/Super fan... I have to say most of the Z movies are horrible.

Maybe you'll enjoy some of them though, I actually thought the Bojack one was one of the better ones. Felt like it could have been an arc after the Cell games, with Teen Gohan before the time skip to the Buu era.

I think Dead Zone and The World's Strongest are fairly solid, even nostalgia aside. Never cared for Tree of Might though.

Lord Slug and the three Broly movies are absolutely horrendous.

I love Movie 12: Fusion Reborn. Jenemba has a really badass design and although you only get to see seconds of Gogeta, it's amazing. Another one that maybe could have been cool as a full arc.

I have the (I think) original DVD released of the first 3 films and I agree that they're pretty solid, but Tree of Might less so. I think I watched Cooler and Broly some time ago when Toonami aired them. I also have Bio Broly, which is admittedly ridiculous, but I still enjoy it

Watched Super Android 13 last night. I liked it a lot more than Bojack. It took the later a good 20 minutes to move the story along and less than five minutes into Android 13 you'd already been given backstory and the city was blowing up :P

Is that the one with the blue android who punches someone in the nuts? lol, yeah I think I recall that one being pretty fun.

Bio Broly... you mean Clayface? lmao

On another note, HOLY crap Super has been incredible lately. I'm loving this current arc so much and it's amazing how good the art/animation has looked since episode 77. One of my friends said two new directors took over then and I hope they stick around for the rest of Super. It almost has a 90's cel animation kind of look to it in a subtle way. Really nice touch that leveled up my enjoyment. The composer has evolved too and the music has been a lot better thesedays.

One more week and Super hits episode 100. I definitely didn't predict that when Super started!
