Really dig the Mega Man X ones.
Re: Secret of Mana on Master System (and other imaginary por
Knowing the art style they went with I think Dracula X on SNES would play well with color reduction and still look quite sharp. I have to admit Im having trouble following the images, I guess the ones between the first and last when there are many are the steps of color reduction?
Re: Secret of Mana on Master System (and other imaginary por
Solid totally I had a feeling it would work out fairly well. And had it just been made for it you wouldnt even realize the loss.
Re: Secret of Mana on Master System (and other imaginary por
Not bad not bad at all, makes me want to dust the game off as it has been a LONG time for most of my SNES games for that matter. All my outward annoyance at the market has more or less caused me to mothball my console games on the shelf sticking to handhelds for awhile now. Dracula X caught crap from a lot of PCE CD fanboy trolls trying to lie and call it a bad port when Konami said it was a side story -- its a fun game, a late release, and a solid one at that.

Huh, I've always used increments of 36 for Genesis palette.

Re: Secret of Mana on Master System (and other imaginary por
Are you accounting for color per sprite and per tile limits? Limiting total colors isn't enough.
Re: Secret of Mana on Master System (and other imaginary por
Dang, that one is impressive since LTTP kind of has that slightly muted SNES look compared to Genesis games.
