This reminds me of a possibly unpopular opinion: I support cultural quotas like "Netflix's content must be at least 30% European".

There are several reasons for this:
1) I share the French argument that culture ought not to be treated like any other good.
2) It harmonizes regulation between traditional media and the internet, preventing unfair competition.
3) It's effective against the US' unfair competition practices
4) It promotes a culturally diverse use of capital
