Wow, maybe you should put a disclaimer on your shop Racket.

Here's a trick, get some VGA cables wholesale and just add a checkbox on checkout if they need a VGA cable too, that would solve a lot of hassle and they would know that they would be getting the right cable too.

Yeah, not to criticize, but I was confused as hell (clearly).

You say on the box's page that the VGA-Box is everything the VGA-Dreamcast cable is with more outputs. That really had me thinking there was a VGA-cable, but I looked the pictures and it showed nothing like that, which was why I was confused.

Also, your original VGA-cable page has a link the VGA-box which says something like "upgrade for $5 more" which makes one think you're getting more of the same item, not a new item that won't do the same thing.

Both the VGA cable and the VGA box do the exact same thing. The only difference is that the VGA box contains output for S-Video/RCA as well as VGA. The VGA only has output for VGA.

Both the VGA cable and the VGA box REQUIRE a male-male VGA cable to connect to a TV/Monitor.

Yeah you would have the same issue with both.
I include plenty of pictures just in case.
Also, some older monitors like my spare have a built-in VGA cable so an extra one is not needed, nor could you use one.
Remember, these were designed with computer monitors in mind -- a decade ago, HDTVs/TVs with VGA ports were not common.
Sorry for any confusion through.....

So the Dreamcast VGA-cable can't connect to TVs/monitors on its own?

Yeah, although I had zero problem understanding or installing mine... maybe it should be called "VGA adapter" instead of "VGA vable", since it actually is an adapter and really not a "VGA Cable".

But who doesnt have a spare VGA cable laying around?
