Alright still no correct answer so here's a gameplay screenshot.

Yeah, definitely that one. Looks like a re-skin of Virtual-On.

Can't find it listed in Wikipedia. So I quit. All the 5th gen listed ones are in 2D besides the N64 fighting one.

I don't get that hint but you are supposed to hint towards a system. Console,PC,handheld.

The hint gives you what year the game came out.
