I FUCKING LOVE KING'S FIELD

I really enjoyed Everblue and the Endless Ocean games. They are like nothing else in gaming, and every one of them has been a treasure of pure adventure and unique joy. I wish more people would play these games and love them. I'm very looking forward to playing through Everblue 2 in June.
I love Endless Ocean. They got me to love Hayley Westerna. Since the first was one of the few Wii games to let you use your own OST. I put the Titanic OST on it. Then one of the coolest moments happened at random playing it. I was swimming and just as I started to see a bow of a sunken ship the very same music in the film at a similar scene in the film started to play. One of my favorite gaming moments.

I love endless ocean! Such a chill game! I can't swim and get really uncomfortable in large bodies of water and normally I get tense in underwater games...but not that one. So much fun!

You guys should definitely give its sequel a try (Blue World), it is the same and different in some cool ways, it's every bit as good as the original. It's a perfect summer game.

This post will bring the pitchforks.

Ninja Gaiden III Razors Edge is my favorite Ninja Gaiden game by a large margin. Not saying best just my absolute favorite. I kinda have a thing for last gen B games. Why I like Devil's Third. NG3 RE had a great concept with the story and Ryu's killing catching up with him. The problem is for NG3 is Metal Gear Rising an easily better game and I do like it more...had a similar idea but executed it very well. That whole sequence where Raiden hears the thoughts and breaks down. Also the over the top ridiculous moments in NG3RE is why I also love it. Cyborg T Rex...is this Turok? GoW style boss fight and well about everything else you fight. It's just so entertaining in how removed it is from the NG series in tone.

I was just reading another forum's version of our Unpopular Gaming Opinions thread. Theirs included gaming confessions.

A surprising number of people confessed to playing every single game on its easiest difficulty setting.

I wonder how many people do that?

Personally, I always start on Normal, or the equivalent, and make adjustments up or down for my skill level.
Have: Sega Genesis, SNES, Atari 2600, Atari 7800, Atari 800XL, PC, N3DS XL, Wii U, GBA, Xbox One, Switch

Want: Games!!!

Give my game playing habits lately, I probably should play more games on easy, but I usually play whatever the default is.

I guess it depends on what you're wanting to get out of the game. If the ride is all that matters, fair enough. But I personally would feel like a wuss beating games on Easy all the time, and I'd consider my victories to be a bit shallow. I always play games on Normal the first time I play them. I consider Normal to be the difficulty the developers intended by default, with Hard adding extra challenge if so desired.
