Gamecube Collection

Post by andymol21 »

So, I have been collecting games now on and off for a couple of years with no real goal in mind. Well, now that I have a paying job (finally) I have decided to start collecting Gamecube games properly. I have a sizable collection at the moment, but would like to expand upon it. Just thought I'd post my collection up on the forum and get opinions on what to look for next. Bear in mind I have read all of the Racketboy guides, just want some personalized opinions on my collection.

Edit 25/4/09: Thought I might as well update this, as I have several more now!

Animal Crossing (NTSC)
Battalion Wars
Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg
Donkey Konga
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
Freeloader (for all my NTSC games)
Future Tactics - The Uprising
F-Zero GX
Gameboy Player
Ikaruga
International Superstar Soccer 2
The Legend of Zelda Collector's Edition
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time / Master Quest
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (NTSC)
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Mario Kart: Double Dash!!
Metal Arms: Glitch in the System
Metroid Prime
Metroid Prime 2: Echoes
Odama (with Mic)
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
Phantasy Star Online III: Card Revolution
Pikmin
Puyo Pop Fever
Sonic Mega Collection
Soulcalibur 2
Star Wars Rogue Leader: Rogue Squadron II (NTSC)
StarFox Adventure
StarFox Assault
Super Mario Sunshine (NTSC)
Super Monkey Ball
Super Monkey Ball 2
Super Smash Bros. Melee (NTSC)
Timesplitters 2
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 (NTSC)
Universal Studios Theme Park Adventure (NTSC)
WarioWorld
WaveRace: Blue Storm

Oh and my most proud possession: my Hori Digital Controller. God I love this thing.

This man speaks the truth.
My favorite genre as well.

Meh, they seem very expensive for similar games. Here, RE games are £10 each. I wouldn't be happy unless I had them all, which means at least £50... I think I'd prefer another genre first, as that genre isn't my favorite.

I see FFCC but no Fourswords? Killer7 and Cubivore are fine choices aswell - I just got Killer7 a couple days ago and it has proven to be quite unique and fun.

I'm actually fairly surprised by that. I didn't think you'd like Killer7. I've had the PS2 version for a while and I just can't get into it, no matter how much I try.

Killer7 gives me the same vibe that Snatcher did, which is odd since the games are not the same. But I am only a couple hours in so I may end up hating it later...
