Bone's game is called Dark Sider, it was developed by City Factory for the MSX.

Also Bone cropped the heck out of that image. The full screenshot includes a NSFW woman built right into the GUI:

Don't feel bad about GS Mikami, Ex, I recognized it immediately because I played through it not long ago. Pretty decent game, honestly.
