Oh dear. The little dearies fudged up my order. I bought the Nova-111 soundtrack bundle. They sent the Nova CD and a copy of DariusBurst CS instead.

I've contacted them, but considering that they only make so many copies of each game I'm not too sure how to remedy this. Hopefully an irritated Darius fan will get in touch with them and we can send it back to them so they can swap the games or something. If not, I'll end up having to hoc it on ebay so I can pick up Nova

They keep a certain amount in reserve in case of bad discs and such, so you should be fine.

Got both mutant mudds today because well I am just stupid. Going for a complete limited run PS4 set. Got them all, well at least when they decide to ship them. I know they are small but don't use it as a crutch or excuse for poor customer service. Have they no children they can press into service. Damn those child labor laws lol.

Just got home and read two emails from them. They were very apologetic.

The first one was from the customer service rep. They asked me to please send back the game with a copy of my email and order number and they would replace it. They also asked for a shipping receipt after I sent it so they could refund me for the shipping charges.

The second one was more of a 'form letter' from the company, apologizing for the mix, reiterating that they would refund the shipping charges and adding that once they received the game they would send me a discount code good towards one future purchase.

So, oopsie aside, so far their customer service gets a thumbs up. They'll get the other thumb once I get my game and find out if the discount code works

That's cool, sounds like they did good by you. Though I don't know if I would want to be trying to apply a discount while racing against other people to place an order.

Someone posted the other day about buying from them due to limited time. If you are there right when things go on sale you should have no problems. Never missed one regardless of print amount. These physical releases are nice but I don't think a whole lot of people care. Limited run, limited market.

Yeah, I usually have Friday's off, so I haven't had much issue with ordering anything I wanted. The one exception was when the Shantae games went on sale. Everything else has been pretty easy, but those were popular. Had to do two orders that day (one morning, one evening), but even then I got everything I wanted.

And I figured out the quickest way to use the codes when they gave them out for the free Oddworld card decks. As long as you copy-paste the code and log-in beforehand it goes pretty quickly.
