Croh-no for title and name.

Mar-lee, because "Marl" sounds like a terrible girl's name.

Marle (Marl (マール Māru?)), is the princess of Guardia. Her real name is Princess Nadia (Marldia (マールディア Mārudia?) in the original Japanese version),

True, but we ain't speakin' Japanese here. ;)

For the record, I also prefer Erdrick to Loto/Roto.

Hmm I do have an EE degree, what makes this game relevant to that?

It's more CE than EE; lots of focus on logic gates.

My degree is in Food Engineering!

Popo is right, it is mostly logic gates:

Like I said, after building a kit pc, it is not that difficult - so far. Stage 1 is easy other than the black on black puzzle. Stage 2 is a step up. Stage 3 is significantly harder. Stage 4 is supposed to be diabolical. Stage 5 is apparently a cakewalk compared to 4. I got to Stage 4, I have not attempted it yet.

Pish posh. That's fancy, higher level, terminology for electron flow through P-N junctions. I'm going to go build myself a D-FF out of discrete transistors. --And a FIFO, and an address decoder array--. Aw, forget the whole thing.

I think if you can dictate industrial automation via PLC, you can play Robot Odyssey. So Jmustang1968 would do alright.

I am sorry if I asked this before, I can't recall but...

for someone who never played Civ before which one is best? Many praise II but the recent ones are getting high scores as well.

Also, does this game force you to do things exactly how the developers want? I played Pharaoh and you had to be extremely specific (bazaar max. 6 squares from houses, 3 temples per neighborhood, if you build 2 no matter how much abundance or facilities you build you won't reach "luxury housing" criteria, and they don't tell you. I literally had to study the manual and research online)
