It looks like it could be an old DOS game in EGA? Some kind of puzzler where you have to guess three numbers?

This must be a rather esoteric release for it to stump all of us like this. If this is some shareware that sold like 5 copies out of a magazine ad, that's not really a level playing field.

Tell us what platform it's on at least. Or the year it released.

hint 5: There are two games on the physical media [cart/disk/tape/etc.]
hint 6: The game has a different name in the USA than it does in Europe
