I think you mean Staryu there. Starmies in eggs would be really cool!
Got a Skarmory from 2km today, replaces the wild one I had with much better CP & stats. I still have a 10km on now and 5 2kms and a 5km I got before the event ended, so still more to report soon hopefully.
I did!
Can you still hatch the non-baby Pokémon like Magmar or are they completely unavailabel in eggs now? That latter would be consistent with the games, but not sure what they did with that.
All later babies can be hatched alongside their evolved forms in later generations though. For example, both Wynaut and Wobbuffet can hatched from an egg despite Wobbuffet being the evolved form. Same goes for Azurill and Marill.
I hatched another Magby today. Blargh. Of the baby Pokémon I've hatched Cleffa once and Magby 3 times. Would be nice to get some of the others already!
All of my event eggs are finally done. Got Mareep and Girafarig. Also got another Dratini from the last 10km, which reduces the time I have to get Dragonair going.
Today I got another record high, 22 gyms, although I was in 25 yesterday, I was only able to collect 22.

I was in CA last week, it's why I was seeing more variety. This area is just crap for certain stuff so I'm glad I got what I did and ample stock of candy for some of the others that are rare in these parts.
Finally got a proud chikorita so I evolved it. That was nice getting Bayleef.
The game seems to loathe to ever show me an amazing starter 'green' pokemon gen1 or gen2 as I've never had a single one egg or found which sucks. I'd have waited otherwise, but why bother eh?
My Bayleef isn't "proud" but when I played the real Gen 2 I was a Chikorita fan so I evolved it. Totodile, on the other hand, is a solid wait for now. Still haven't found a good one. I did get a Cyndaquil hatch, so that one's Quilava now (I believe it was proud)

I actually stumbled on an amazing totodile so that's evolved, but not third tier yet as they don't pop up too often. I've got the quilava as well thanks to them being pretty regular out west and I think it's at worst proud perhaps amazing. They're even rarer around here which just sucks.
The game has balancing problems we all know that, as far as what pops where. I get where I am isn't a desert but to have other than (geographical joke) fire pony's and slugs showing up around here it's like finding a $20 bill on the ground if charmander and friends pop up, same with rock based stuff too, and the gen2 bulldogs I cleared out thankfully never show up at all. It's just not right.
