Orbient is a great WiiWare title. Two buttons:

Surprised no one has mentioned 'em.

Dance Dance Revolution.
karaoke Revolution.

There, two games that don't require your hands.

I had a friend that broke his wrist a few years a back and mastered tekken 3 with one hand. Give it a shot maybe?

Playing Puzzle Quest right now... boy do the graphics suck compared to the PC version...

Oh, also playing Harvey Birdman - the wife and I are cracking up and playing together - if you have not played this game you need to. It may not be the most in depth or long game, but it is fun.

You could play another system with an arcade stick by playing it with your feet. :P

You can play Halo with your feet. Fast has done it.

Also, how's the hand coming? You healing up?

It is supposed to come out of the cast this tuesday pending another x-ray.
I have tried playing games with an arcade stick, but with the cast on the left hand my control is not precise.

I have used an arcade stick to play JRPGs to quite some success (espeically in the SNES and Saturn - before sticks were standard), but that doesnt help you currently.

I hope you have healed sufficiently tomorrow, I dont know why I did not read this topic until now so my suggestions would kinda be worthless (even though most were already stated).
