I usually buy the Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse if I want an actual Bluetooth mouse. Not too expensive. I haven't tried the Arch.

I like Steelseries for wired mice (not that others are bad per se). Their Rival 100 model is a solid model that isn't very expensive. They do have a Mac control panel for it as well. They also have inexpensive mousepads that are good.

Thanks! I didn't know about the Sculpt Comfort. Is there any connectivity issues (drops) between the dongle receiver technology and bluetooth?

I don't know about the M510, but I use an M310 with my laptop and have never had any problems with it.

I haven't run into the two conflicting with one another, if that's what you mean. The modern implementation of both tend to have pretty good range as well.

The dongles tend to be slightly easier to set up, since they're paired out of the box, and moving the device to another computer is just a matter of swapping the dongle over.

However, I prefer bluetooth for laptops or other form factors where USB ports are limited and/or not having an adapter poking out of the side of it is preferable (not that the Logitech ones are large).

I'm just saying - I'd download Breath Of The NES before Nintendo hears about it.

PSN seems to be down for me. Neither my PS4 nor Vita will even connect to the internet. Everything else works fine and this is all the sudden. I have seen where it's been down before but never where my Sony devices would not connect at all. I fucking hate PSN. I swear it's down 60% of the damn time.

The Castle of Illusion series looks to be quite confusing. I think I grew up only playing Disney's Magical Quest on the SNES, but I'm not sure. And apparently it has a sequel, and the Illusion series has several... anyone really into these or want to give me a break down on them?

I wonder how the NES Tiny Toon Adventures games hold up. I have very fond memories of one of them and remember how they had a similar HUD (not that we called it that back then haha) compared to Super Mario Bros 3.

I think I played a lot of QuackShot too... except wait, this is only on the Genesis? I thought there was something like it on the NES.

The new release of The Disney Afternoon Collection looks pretty cool. Not sure if I played some of these or not growing up, but it's pretty rad seeing how thick Mega Man's DNA is in them looking back, even sharing some of the composers I think. Probably the same engine on a few games.

Overall it's safe to say... the legacy of NES/SNES/Genesis Disney games confuses me greatly. But I'm getting a weird itch to go back to some of them and try and figure out what the good ones were. I still haven't played the Genesis Aladdin either, but I loved the SNES game.

So I keep bugging you guys with lists lately, but some of you are really good at cooking them up for me haha. What are some of the best licensed/Disney games of the 8/16-bit eras? There's a lot I've probably played but there's definitely a stronger case here with games I probably haven't touched in two decades or so. The Lion King is probably one I'm better off not touching again. That was one I owned and I could beat it a lot, but it was freaking weird and so finicky with the controls and some weird make or break moments. This one is best left in the past.

(safe to say my Buffalo SNES controller and me touching emulation again is sparking a resurgence, lol)

Castle of Illusion is top tier platformer on the genesis. Insane amounts of fun! I also love quackshot but it is a bit unconventional puzzle platformer adventure thingy. I love it and it looks great!

Here a few suggestions of one's that I like.

NES:
Ducktales
Chip and Dales
Darkwing Duck

SNES:
Aladdin
Goof Troop
Mickey Magical Quest

GENESIS:
Aladdin
Castle of Illusion
World of Illusion
Mickey Mania

On the nes and snes capcom made a bunch of Disney games, all good to great in my opinion. The ones I listed are my favorites of the bunch. On the sega side you've got all the illusion games, I like World more. It's got better looking graphics and Co op. Also Mickey Mania is on both Snes and Genesis, avoid the Snes version.

PS both Aladdin games are good.

Noted. 8)

I also remember digging the Animaniacs game on SNES, haha.

I'm digging shorter 30-2 hour long games lately that you can burst through in one session.

My post on the last page:

Xeo if you've got a young one or a significant other that likes to play with you then you should definitely hit up Chip n Dales, World of Illusion and Goof Troop. All feature simultaneous Co Op and they aren't too difficult or lengthy.
