I'm not going to be ashamed, I'd flip an NES Classic if I found one at those prices.

Went to target this morning. The website says it only has two but I'd figure what the hell id try to get another one to flip and sell at quadruple the price like everyone else
Waited for 35-40 min. They open the doors and there was two. I didn't get one. I could of easily just grabbed one but here is what the truth was.

There were two people saying that they are both trying to get it for their sons. Do I think they were married or together yeah but I couldn't speculate.

So I promised him if that was two they would get it. And I was going to make sure that no one else cut in front of them.
The truth for me to go there today was I was trying to get One for jmbarnes and his daughters one and hook him up. I will find one for Jim.
got a question no don't do usually ship in three or four per pack .
If that's the case where is the other one or two?

My understanding was back when they were in their original intended run they went 4 to a box. That said though, given they're dribbling out what's left, companies do also send out boxes within larger boxes, so if these got shipped with a bundle of Switches, accessories for that, 2/3DS's and whatever else, they could have just been tucked in there.

That or someone in the back knowing the situation let an employee or two put one aside off inventory.

Six month lifespan just sounds like a standard liscencing agreement to me.

Shame it is gone, I still really want a new Nintendo made NES controller.

Snagged one at Target on Monday, probably the last shipment, they only got 4 in that day, and 3 the previous Wednesday.

Had many chances to grab one, finally bit the bullet.

Here's to hoping for a SNES Classic, ill definitely be willing to stand in line to snag one of those at retail price.

Could've been 3x that if they had done it right.

That seems to imply that they had a set target for whatever agreement they had in place.

Don't be surprised if it comes back, with a slightly modified lineup.
