Since playing the game a few months ago I've been listening to the Xak I・II soundtrack nonstop.

It's phenomenal. A nice mix of upbeat energetic tracks intermingled with slower atmospheric pieces. The two town themes, of all things, are absurdly gorgeous. And at just 41 minutes it's nice and compact. No filler tracks and no bullshit.
I'm ready to call this the second-best PCE score of all time, right after the god-tier Ys Book I & II.

Mega Turrican 2-2/2-3

Truly feeling the depths with these mechanical underwater levels. Makes me think of the darker Ecco the Dolphin tracks. Amazing atmosphere.
