And in other news...

"But Trump's administration is now a focal point of an FBI investigation, and one of his closest advisers is seeking an immunity deal.
It's starting to look a whole lot like the scenario Trump and his campaign warned you about if the other candidate had won."

It's like if you were playing Doom and decided to go from Hurt Me Plenty to Nightmare difficulty. This morning it took me 50 minutes to make what is typically a 20 minute commute, and that was with access to an empty section of GA-13(the road parallel to the interstate) which I could fly down.marurun wrote:How bad is traffic as a result of all this? But as hard as going south was for me, northbound is even worse. At 10am, I was still seeing rush hour-level traffic on northbound surface streets. I have no idea how I'm getting home from work today. I'm gonna end up fighting my way through backstreets and may well likely end up biting the bullet and fighting my way to MARTA stations in the future instead.

But marurun, the Clinton thing was 100% involving wrongdoing and the only reason she's not in jail right now is because she paid off everyone. But the stuff hitting Trump is clearly a fake witch hunt. Isn't it obvious?

Ugh, just watched GDOT block traffic on the interstate because dumbasses were skipping around their warning signs to try and get on I-85. Now they've filtering everyone onto I-75 at the split. Some people just suck.

If they drove fast enough they could jump the gap of the collapse, like in Speed.

Something happens to certain people when they get in a car. It's like their brains start to ooze out their ears, their emotion regulation center shorts out, and their foot becomes a big old lead brick.Ack wrote:Ugh, just watched GDOT block traffic on the interstate because dumbasses were skipping around their warning signs to try and get on I-85. Terrible news out of Russia today. At least 10 dead and 50 injured after an explosion on the St. Petersburg metro.
Re: World is Falling Apart Thread (Be nice;stop changing tit
That was on the news at the bar where I ate lunch. I wonder what we will learn about the perpetrators in coming weeks.

I approve Trump's strike today, despite it not being from his humanitarian heart.

I have not read the book this commentary is about, but I see shades of truth in the discussion. Poverty is profitable for landlords, evictions are an easy way to keep poor renters oppressed and roll over units, and eviction further contributes to poverty, thus feeding itself. Also, racism.
