Thanks. I tried something that but was afraid of soft resetting like the PSX does.

I'll try it out if it happens again.

wtf the Western mountain region (North of Gerudo) tower is so hidden! I almost feel like there's a gimmick or trick to where it might be.

I tried to do one of those and grabbed the wrong fruit. I haven't been back to see if the puzzle reset... if not that's one seed I'm not getting.

Same thing happened to me. I tried evening up the apples across three tree's and it didn't work. I'm sure they respawn. I just stamped the map.

I finally found the North Gerudo tower. I knew it was probably tucked away like that.

Very fitting for Gerudo to be my last main area for the four divine beasts. I absolutely loved the desert areas in Skyward Sword, so I wonder how this stacks up.

It was my favorite area for sure! It has some very silly moments intermixed with some very badass moments.

Finished Faron up now, meaning it's time to take on a new region. I'm thinking it's time to head to my second divine beast, so it's between Eldin, Gerudo Desert and whatever the mountain the Rito guys live on is called. I've actually managed to clear paths to all 3 regions, so I can choose any of them to head to next.

Without spoiling exactly what they do, someone tell me - which of those 3 regions has the power I'll find most useful after clearing the legendary beast? Especially for exploring? That's the one I'll probably go to next.

Rito has the best exploring-related reward...go with that!

Goron has an amazing defensive power.

Zora has a get out of jail free card.

Rito has a great exploration power.

Gerudo has a great combat power.

I say go to the desert. I enjoyed that area thoroughly and thought it added a nice change of pace from the other areas.

The Gerudo divine dungeon was amazing, maybe my favorite. Loved figuring out that puzzle with those huge statues in the desert too.

With that I'm at 85 shrines, all four divine beasts down, and need to knock out the two towers for the S and SE regions. I'll try to hit 100 shrines and then go for Ganon. I checked last night and looks like I'm at 60 hours. I'll probably hit 70 today.

Oh yeah, one shrine that had me stumped that I need to go back to was I think called "The Timing is Right" with some bouncing ball and a switch. I had no idea what to do.

I should do some cleanup on the Lynel's too. I still haven't fought any of them, though I imagine I can handle the red/blue ones easily now. The Major Test of Stength's have been insanely easy for a long time now, my main Hyrule outfit (with the cloaked hood) is up to level 3 so that's some good defense. And when you utilize freezing weapons and stop time on those things... it's so dang easy. Usually have to sacrifice a weapon or two, but oh well. I kind of wish at this point that there was some more variety in the ancient mecha enemies.
