...but if I'm already going around to farm ingredients or something and don't want to slow down further?

Really, on the exercise bike this morning, I did nothing but farm items and cook. Partly because it for some reason decided that fast travelling, picking a bunch of fruit, warping to yet another tower, running out, and getting dead wasn't worth saving...so I had to redo 10-15 minutes of it.

Still, "wait it out" wasn't fun when I had to do it for weather in FFXI (SCH AF was a cool storyline, but Magian weapons can eat it), and it's not super compelling here either.

I guess it does tend to be regional though, so you can always warp someplace else.

Thats the typical plan, but it always seems to start raining when I am flying somewhere tricky and have to start climbing.

When I climbed Dueling Peaks, I was about 6 feet from the top, almost out of stamina, out of stamina food, and it starts raining... I just went and made myself some tea and waited it out.

^ That is something so simple and easy to miss... you would think naturally, even being idle hanging off a mountain might slowly drip your stamina meter... but nope, lol. You can just wait it out I guess haha.

I've got all four Divine Beasts done, and went and got the Master Sword as well. I guess trying to collect all the memories is worth doing, and going after that dragon... anything else that's really stand out before making a stab at the castle?

I have a handful, but yeah, stocking up beforehand seems prudent.

I went in with 58 ancient arrows. The Master Sword never touched Ganon; I just shot him in the face with 50 ancient arrows (32x5 Savage Lynel Bow ftw).

I am about to take down the fourth guardian and then will likely go to the castle ---probably without getting the Master Sword (I have a lot of other games I want to play!). That said, if I can find about ten easy-peasy shrines to get to the cap needed for the Master Sword, I may push through and do that. Two questions:

1) is there a guide/forum somewhere that has ranked the shrines easiest-->hardest?
2) other than hitting the heart cap to get the sword (13, right?), how involved is the process of getting the sword (is it difficult, does it take a long time, etc.)?

I think I am around 60 hours or so into the game, now. Unless the finish is weak, this may be my new favorite Zelda game...and perhaps my favorite Nintendo-produced game ever.

I went in with 31 ancient arrows and 2x Savage Lynel bows and used all of them (first bow was on its way out). And ofcourse the Master Sword.

I had no problem with Ganon until:
that bloody shield came up. I still am horrible at parrying, but luckily I figured out that Urbosa's Fury breaks it long enough to kill him. As does a fury strike. The only other annoying part was that my horse died in the last part and I had to do it on foot. I jumped off to ride a current and it ran into a cloven hoof. I actually wonder how far in the world you can get in that last battle
