Creating Gameboy Carts...

Okay, I don't know anything about this stuff, so hopefully someone can help me out. I recently saw on NoiseFX.com that they were selling a Nanovoice cartridge. For those who don't know, Nanovoice is a little synth gem for your Gameboy, mostly used fore 8-bit, chip tunes, etc. styles of music (More notably is Nanoloop and LSDJ).

I know there are flash carts for GB, but I'm wondering if anyone knows if I can make these carts by simply flashing the information onto a used, pre-programmed cart?

Any information regarding the topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
