Looking for Japanese "16-Bit" Book

Hey, i saw this years ago and can't seem to track it down anywhere. It is a massive book all about the Mega Drive. I seem to remember it having the gold "16-Bit" logo on the front of the book. If anybody can point me in the right direction as to where i can find it on the web, it would be greatly appreciated.

neat. I'd like a copy but $$$ are short these days. There is also a cool book out there about Sega in general
