Still holding that 1 gym. I did catch a CP 1800 Pinsir with all good comments and attack (Bugbite/X-scissor), so I boosted her to 1842. She is near the end of her arc. Pretty decent attacker, but all the gyms near my office would wreck her.

I've poked little at it here and there compared to most of you. Did find a lava slug and an octopuss looking thing (I believe it's the evolved form of that green fish) today so that was nice. Also on the 10th, took months but got the candies for Blastoise finally got all 3o f the starters of gen1 maxed/unlocked.

Slugma and Octillery which is the evolved form of Remoraid.

I also evolved Ursaring with Hyper Beam and got a 2nd Heracross with Counter/Close Combat which appraised well.

I had a wild usaring that was awful so I nuked it. I've been collecting teddy's so far and I await my first amazing/wow(or excellent) to roll the candies I hvae into hopefully a beast.

I've been pumping my rhydon up as well, it's now around 2350~cp so it topped my snorlax by around 100 to the #1 spot. I also noticed that my espeon has a wicked level stock with lots of CP bar to grow so that one could be a horrible psychic beast if I feed it candies (which I have around 450 just not the dust.)

Still holding that 1 gym, now going on week 2.

After hitting close to 500 pokestops, I finally got an evolution item - a Sun Stone. Exed, whats the best use for a sunstone currently? Bellossom or Sunflora?

According to Gamepress -

Bellossom MAX CP is 2108.
Needed to evolve: Gloom, 100 Oddish Candy and Sun Stone
Type: Grass
Quick Moves: Razor Leaf (Grass), Acid (Poison)
Charge Moves: Leaf Blade (Grass), Petal Blizzard (Grass), Dazzling Gleam (Fairy)

Sunflora MAX CP is 2048.
Needed to evolve: 50 Sunkern Candy and Sun Stone
Type: Grass
Quick Moves: Razor Leaf (Grass), Bullet Seed (Grass)
Charge Moves: Solar Beam (Grass), Petal Blizzard (Grass), Sludge Wave (Poison)

The CPs are nearly identical, but Sunflora requires less effort to evolve and has a greater chance of getting Grass moves for STAB (plus Solar Beam), making it a great attacker or especially a prestiger for a friendly gym, I'd go with Sunflora.

Eggexcuter was finally kicked out of the gym - held it for 2 weeks, 2 days. A new personal record and it gave me enough to get a bag upgrade.

I am currently holding fourteen gyms. That's the most I have ever held simultaneously. 8) Too bad I can only collect ten coins at a time, eh?

It amazes me you two can hold stuff for any amount of time let alone find or create a free spot. Then again one of you is at lv30, I'm 27 and my best 2 are around the 2300cp mark which is a Rhydon and a Snorlax with 3-4 others at the 2K and up club.

I'm glad I still find new stuff or existing that had been crap but then find an amazing so I can still enjoy the hunt and the evolutions or I'd bail on it. Today I finally found my first amazin Totodile (all the others were decent or awful rated.)
