The one in the lake I just ended up having to do lots of sniping. The Wizrobes can be sniped from afar if you're willing to waste arrows; fire once to make a noise and they'll stop and stare at it, then fire again to hit them. They won't aggro at long range. Then it was just a case of luring the Lizalfos into attack range. But yeah, it was a pain in the ass.

For those who missed the doublet, there is an armor set in the game with each piece giving you a level of cold resistance, so you can use that for exploration later.

I know the tower you are talking about, Faron Tower.

The one I am talking about is far west on the map. Its in the middle of a lake, no way to fly in that I could find. Asking a buddy of mine, it is the Ridgeland Tower, and it is a pain for everyone. The one with the Guardians is the Central Tower in Hyrule Field - north of starter area.
Yeah the hyrule fields one I just jumped up as I climbed from cover to cover. Was insanely intense.

Also if you want to use a great sniping bow I suggest the Phrenic bow. It does 10 damage but it is built for sniping so the arrows velocity is so high that it essentially flies in a straight line.

Another way I found a Korok I forgot earlier:

- Put apples into the prayer bowls in front of statues.

In general they fall into:

1. Completing a pattern
2. Finding the outlier
3. Trigger and complete the minigame

Other than I am soooo close to beating Twilight Princess (searching for the first mirror part with the yetti). I will beat TP before starting BotW.

So how close am I to beating TP?

Being at work today is torture, and I can't wait to get back home and play this game again.

I haven't been this excited to play a Legend of Zelda game since I skipped school 18 years ago to play Ocarina of Time...but here I am again...at 36 years old...I am looking forward to playing another revelatory Legend of Zelda game when I am 54.

Same, but it's torture for me for entirely different reasons. :?

My daughter Roz refused to take a nap. There goes 2 hours of potential zelda. I have never wanted to stop adulting more than today. When she goes to bed tonight will be the first time that I will be able to spend more than a single hour to play consecutively.

:( - My wife is coming down with a cold, and she went to bed early last night.

:) - I played Breath of the Wild from 10 PM until 12:30 AM. It was glorious!

More than half. I think Gerudo Valley is more or less the halfway mark.

That's hilarious. My wife knows it's a party in front of the TV when she turns in early.
