Best remakes & retro goodies on GBC/GBA?

Post by noiseredux »

I'm really into GBA (and GBC to some extent) lately. Obviously I know about the NES Classic Series, and the Super Mario Advance games, and the Zelda series, etc.

But what are some other really great remakes/ports/retro-homages to land on GBA?

All 3 Capcom Magical Quest (Disney) games are on GBA. They're not really enhanced, but 2 and 3 weren't released in the US originally, so it's the only way to play them in English. They're pretty fun, basic platformers.

Bionic Commando and Crystalis are really good

Deja Vu 1/2 (GBC), Shadowgate (GBC), Super Mario Bros. Deluxe (GBC), and others I can't think of.

Yes, there's Mother 1+2 and Mother 3. Of course, they're only in Japanese.
