Absolutely. I'll be buying everything in physical format that I possibly can.

So what have people got pre-ordered or are planning to buy? I think I went a little mad

My wife summed it up perfectly, I think.

Wife:"Oh, we're getting a bomberman game are we? How is this one different from the 40 odd bomberman games you already own?
Me: "Erm, I dunno. It looks cool and it's for the Switch"
Wife: Wait, £38 for a Bomberman game? *Sigh* Fine, Okay"

Wife: "Wait, so we also need a pro controller?
Me "Yeah, I would like to have a traditional controller and I'll need it for Street Fighter£ Wife: "When does Street Fighter come out?"
Me: "I have no idea"
Wife: *Facepalms*

I currently have ordered:

Switch console
Zelda Breath of the Wild
Bomberman R
1-2 Switch
2 extra Joycons (blue and red pair pack)
1 Pro Controller
1 Joycon charging grip

Other things I'm still considering for release are a carrying case of some description and a 128gb MicroSD card.

Didn't I see that SDXC wasn't going to be supported at launch, though? I wouldn't grab an SD card yet.

IIRC, SDXC will be supported up to 2 TB, but the only delay is in that maximum capacity (since 512 GB is the biggest currently commercially viable).

For someone who doesn't know a whole lot about SD cards, I have a question.

Does the Switch take normal SD or just MicroSD cards?

What do I need to look for in a MicroSD do you think? Any recommendations of types and speeds etc?

Literally all I know about SD cards is:

- Don't buy from Ebay, don't buy from third party sellers. Counterfeits are everywhere.
- SanDisk and Samsung are often recommended
