It feels awesome to be this excited about a new RE game and be justified. It feels like how the new Doom was last year. A surprise in a great way.

ah yes, that part. Well I don't know where you are, so I don't want to spoil anything. But there was just something with a chainsaw that made me literally yell loudly just now. :0

I just did the boss encounter with Jack that ends in a chainsaw duel

The scares in this game are brilliant though. Y'know when you... do the thing to get the stairs in the attic to work? So I'm coming out of the kitchen and then SHE walks by the doorway. Dude. I was so startled I just stood there for a few seconds.

I did the second boss encounter, in your first spoiler, last night ElkinFencer. Yeah, that was great... haha.

I love this game. I agree with you guys that it reminds me of Alien Isolation and how that game made me feel.
