Yeah, hopefully Retro is working on a new Prime game. That'd be swell.

Y'all know my feelings on DKCR already. I really don't feel the need for another, especially if it keeps us from getting another "proper" Metroid soon. :)

I can 100% support this train of thought for future game development. DKCR argh I dislike what they did to the games. Not that the old SNES games were a lot easier, but they were far less infuriating by design.

Eh, I don't trust Retro Studios to actually be able to capture what made Punch-Out or F-Zero great to be honest.

I'd rather those franchises got a new entry by the companies who did the last console releases for them - Next Level Games and Sega, if any of the Amusement Vision guys are still working there.

Retro I think are a good, rather than a great developer. I think they got lucky and had a lot of help getting Metroid Prime to where it was, and the 2 sequels where they were less guided were noticeably weaker.

The DKCR games are OK, but to me they don;'t manage to capture anything that made the original DKC games so fantastic.

At least they're better than Artoon.

In the last 24 hours or so more game announcements have arrived in the form of digital download games on day one. We're up to at least 5 known doubling the launch choices for the system on the 3rd.

So Nintendo Germany decided to just "screw it, we all have thought of this" and made a Nintendo Switch ad with the first player on the toilet

aaah Germany. This is why we call you the Japan of Europe.
