Just from watching him play these last 15 minutes or so, it's got such a Texas Chainsaw Massacre feel, it's amazing. You gotta get it.

I was always excited - just because it's a new RE game. I mean... I spent money on Umbrella Corps even. But man, the reviews are really positive. And I have a $30 GS gift card, so I can get the game for $30 of real people money. Not bad.

Destructoid gave it a 10/10.

I'm watching a livestream right now and it looks incredible. First person RE1, with all the "gamey" stuff you'd' expect from classic RE. This was my biggest worry, afraid it'd become another Outlast or something (I dug Outlast, but RE isn't hide and seek). There's a mansion, map, save rooms, combat, cool monsters, etc. This is the real deal.

Maybe my GTX1060 was worth it for this. I prefer to confine a series to one platform if possible, but with this being first person it's kind of different. I'll be curious to hear how the PS4 release holds up, but if it's only 30FPS I think I'm going to get this on PC.

Haha. I was sucking at that bit hard. In my defence, my wife was back and talking about stuff whilst I was trying to concentrate

What are you playing it on Reprise? I'm reading that the PS4 version is 1080p/60FPS.

Hey Reprise, you need some kind of eagle statue to put on the pedestal I'm thinking. Also you saw an ox image upstairs in the garage after killing the dad earlier. It looked like there was something on the back you could unscrew.
