Stopped by a pawn shop this morning, and I picked up Madden NFL 13 (Wii U) and NBA 2K13 (Wii U) for $2 each. Both are CIB in their original cases, and I am very pleased with this purchase.

These games weren't on my "want" list, but they are (1) some of the only sports games release for the Wii U and (2) becoming difficult to find and a little pricey...by sports games standards.

Feels good in the hands. No noticeable lag.

As well, that receiver will open up a bunch of other wireless controllers for use on the NES Classic.

I don't feel like doing pictures, but it was flea market warm enough so I went.

$5 - Super Magnetic Neo for Dreamcast (complete, disc has scuffs but very shallow I buffed it out a bit (value $30)
$10 - New Classic Controller Retrolink USB PC/Mac (N64 Black Controller)
$2 - Broken sadly, tossed it, SNES ASCII Pad (wasted hour cleaning it, still sketchy)
$5 - Busted box, but new TMNT Turtle Van Funko (value $10 used, $25+ new)
$3 - Happy Meal Toy bagged up(I opened it) Koopa Troopa SMB3, also a SMB3 Racoon Mario pvf standing toy dated 1989
$10 - Tub of 'Friends' Lego sets, at least 4-5, most with manuals (worth a good bit, but keeping for my daughter)
$25 - Hubley Farm Truck, excellent condition/restored, no damage, appears repainted by a pro in car paint blue, trailer there too same with brown paint for wood trailer fencing (1950s toy)

Not all games, but all fun stuff to play with at the least.

Nooo! Could be a simple break in the cable, a cut short and resolder after verify continuity. That Gamepad can also easily be modded to work as a 2600 or even a 7800 controller with a couple resistors. Very little money, just lop the end off an old serial cable and solder to the button pads.

Been a few weeks since I've been to BookOff, picked up a few things at my favorite game-movie-book store. :D

Xbox Mercenaries - $5.99 BookOff
This game available on the PS2 as well. Have PS2 Mercenaries 2 which did not have an original Xbox release. Made sure this version of the series the better graphic Xbox version.

Image

PS2 Resident Evil Outbreak - $5.99 BookOff
Exclusive to the PS2 with mixed reviews on this game, a Resident Evil game under ten bucks!

Image

Oh crap searching online shows a Case File 2 follow up version as well, order placed online for $14.90 shipped.

Image

PS2 Transformers - $1.50 BookOff
A movie tie in game surely must be crappy at that price. Someone on here gave it marks of a decent game, oh why not.

Image

PS2 Rogue Galaxy - $14.99 BookOff
My find of the day. It was in the locked glass case with all the $49.99 and higher priced games. A lucky find to discover at $14.99, the store had not raised the price to match the scalpers that visit every week.

Also picked up pristine coffee table books at five bucks each and another DVD.

DVD Little Nemo Animation - $5.00 BookOff
No not the Disney fish, but an inspiration from a vintage comic strip. I have been wanting to watch this cartoon for quite some time.

I had meticulously downloaded all the Winsor McCay comic prints and put together on CDR. Of note, the original century old vintage comic strips from 1905 to 1914 (really) portrayed minorities in a negative appearance, common so many decades ago. Get past this if you can stand it to see an amazing comic strip with sooo much detail.

Take a look at the Comics Archive, the man is a Genuis! - http://www.comicstriplibrary.org/browse/results?title=2&page=1

No break in the cable, it was nasty cleaning parts of it. Almost wondering if something shorted some part of it partially. I gave it the street fighter II test on SNES and it wasn't registering basic quarter circles consistently so I put it to death. Hard cable swung smash into oblivion. :) It got sent off with a bang, literally, everywhere.

And yeah it was nice, though I don't think I've ever had one go like that before. All 5 pegs snapped at the base and every single pieces went flying like broken glass everywhere. I'm sure I'll find a few of those little black sliders or one of the little switches that sat in there for days yet.
