Nintendo has stated that it's not running Android. Whether that means it's running an Android-derived OS, like Amazon's FireOS, that technically isn't Android, or something else entirely, I haven't seen.marurun wrote:Do we know that Android is driving this thing and not a custom OS? I'm hearing that Street Fighter 2 is going to be $40
And Marvel vs Capcom Ultimate will be $30

It's too soon to say about NintendOS.isiolia wrote:Nintendo has stated that it's not running Android. On the other hand, I bet the hacking community will find a way to load Android on the switch within two years of launch.

Third the word, SF2 is superior in every way. Now where are these prices from and when was that Marvel game listed for Switch?
The OS on the device developers have said you can pick up and drop android code on it and it works with minimal effort. No one has come out and said anything other than Nintendo that it isn't (stock) Android, but NintendOS. Many are figuring due to NDA blocking currently, it's probably like FireOS which has a new skin and some changes but not enough you can't just run the stuff.

The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ has been announced for launch, both PHYSICAL and digital.
But only in North America (so far)

Is it bad that I may get a Switch based on Zelda and Ultra SFll alone?

Seems like two solid choice games to mefoxhound1022 wrote:Is it bad that I may get a Switch based on Zelda and Ultra SFll alone?

I'm kind of there with that comment too as two solid reasons. But really Super Bomberman R has me ready to buy it with a 50 stage game plus the other aspects of it.
That Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ title looks solid too, but is $40 fair for that? I wonder if it would end up in a price drop by summer.
I'd grab RIME too, and I never did have Mario Kart on WiiU so that's there as well. Anyone know much about Has Been Heroes? It looks interesting and it's like $20 or $30, very cheap. There's that Fast Racing game out at/near launch from Shinen that may be ok as well. Mario at Christmas is a given.
Its sad but necessary being paranoid at this rate, how will 2018-19 fare considering the WiiU stupidity? No one knows, anyone doomsoothing the Switch already are just tools being trolls, but even at the roots of the blind hatred of the 'useless' system, you do have to stop and wonder.
