it's cool that NBA 2K18 will be a launch title. I think launch lineups SHOULD strive to include a good selection of genres so that it might appeal to as many gamers as possible.

Agreed, and most folks who like sports will dig either basketball or soccer, so having NBA and FIFA on the system will fit most sports demand. It'd be nice to have a Madden game at launch, but two out of three ain't bad.

FYI for those who haven't heard - Super Bomberman R is currently listed as $60 most places, but Konami has said that the price is NOT finalized; the $60 tag is being used as a placeholder. That said, they didn't say that it WON'T be $60, but they haven't settled on a price, so it may well sell for $40 instead.

Ive got $30 down on it and PuyoxTetris. Puyo is $30 in Gamestop system for the PS4, so I figure it is a safe bet.

Bad timing football is over, they'll likely shovel one out for next season. FIFA is basically an anytime thing and the basketball game would drop during the March Madness time period so that lines up fairly well too.

I'd truly be shocked if Bomberman was a $60 game as I see a lot of fun there, but not that price point level of fun.


fastbilly probably has it figured out or within $10 of it. A similar more basic presentation level fun game for one or many but without the production values of a Zelda, sports title, etc.

Super Bomberman 1-3 and Mega Bomberman were $60 games. Bomberman DS was $30. So $60 is not unheard of for a Bomberman game. Though Bomberman Blast on the Wii was $20.

Either way I will pay it. I have gotten more than enough fun out of that series that a new version is worthwhile. And since it is 8 player on the go it may replace both Bomberman DS and Saturn Bomberman.

Yeah, this year's version is 2K17. This season is already at the midpoint, at least for the regular season. (My Spurs are doing pretty decent without Duncan, although it's clear they miss him on defense.)

Yeah, sorry guys, I have no idea why 'the internet' has been reporting today that NBA 2K18 was launching on the 3rd March with the console, but other articles have pegged it for September, which makes far more sense, because NBA 2K games come out in the fall.
