Midwest Gaming Classic results!

Post by Unleaded Logic »

So I attended the Midwest Gaming Classic near Milwaukee, Wisconsin Saturday and it was pretty awesome. The event was split into three different convention rooms, one was a general shop area with machines along the walls set for sale and for free play, another was for tournament areas and loaded with free play pinball machines and finally the last one had Ben Heck and a video game museum in it.All of it was pretty cool. I would certainly go every year or every other year. Fun stuff.

The shop prices ranged from inexpensive to expensive, depending on where you looked. A good example: I got Final Fight 2 SNES boxed and complete for 7 bucks. Another shop was selling it for 22 and that was just the cart. So if you looked around, you could buy smart.

There was also a section that had tons of game boxes that you could find for things, I grabbed one for Star Fox, which is one of my favorites.

I got my Famicom system for the Famicom Dojo and it works great! got it with 3 games for 50 bucks!

Here's a shot of all the swag.

How much did Xenogears run you?

I would absolutely love to go to something like that if it was within a few hours of my location.

Earthbound Zero. Its a reproduction cart with a english version of Mother. I figured I couldn't pass it up since I just picked up Earthbound on SNES.

Since the picture is too small, why don't you give us a detail rundown of your take? Or you could post a picture large enough for us to read all the game titles :)
