This is the craziest weather I've ever seen. One day it's 25 degrees the next day it's 80 lol

Our was a bit like that a few weeks ago. It was 35 degrees on Friday, 75 degrees on Saturday, and 25 degrees on Sunday.

That's nuts.

Here in Maine crazy weather like that can (and does) lead to floods.

I've got to figure out a way to control my internet time better. I fell into a rabbit hole with a bad site *cough*reddit*cough* and while I've stopped posting at all, I can't seem to stop reading through it. That place is cancer, and I need to quit, but I just haven't figured out how to wean myself off of it yet. With all my down time throughout the day during school or when I'm on break, it just makes sense to hop on my phone and read... but most of the sites I use only update a couple of times a day, if at all, so I go to reddit.

Plus the fact that I have had a really hard time sitting down and watching TV/Movies lately without messing with my phone. I think this is a loneliness thing (feel lonely, use phone for social media/internet, feel even more lonely) but I don't know what to do.

Physically go somewhere with no internet for an extended period of time, whether that be BFE without actual internet, or just going somewhere without taking a device that connects to it. And I mean a couple days at least. Does wonders.

If you have an icon/bookmark at the top for a site or somewhere, delete it. I'm too lazy to type in a site usually so that's how I quit them.

I actually have my Firefox set up to where I have to type in every website and no history is saved, but it makes no difference.

I think the discipline thing is true, but its a weird deal for me IMO. There's places in my life where I am extremely disciplined, and others (such as this) where I'm not at all. I think I should probably work on this with a professional, I just need to find one that is good for what I need. That's been a hell of a lot harder than I ever expected...
