I know dem feelz, man. Macho's best work was done in other promotions, though. As long as Ric Flair is still alive, we got a chance!

I've been rewatching a lot of old wrestling, WCW 1996-1998. Macho is by far one of the best with the ring psychology, having the crowd by the balls with simple finger motions, etc. Right now he's feuding with Hogan (again) but still in the NWO haha. I think I'm coming up to the Wolfpac forming soon. I'm at the start of 1999 for WWF.

It's a shame I think Macho gets injured shortly after the Wolfpac forms. I probably would have liked them a lot more if he stuck around in it.

Why didn't they ever make his brother into anything relevant. Never understood that. It was never even angle or mentioned they were ever brothers. Maybe cause his brother didn't juice and didn't get as big to be noticed lol?

Lanny got about as good as he deserved, I think. Athletic guy, couldn't hold a candle to Randy charisma-wise. Brush with big stars some in WWF, then literally get paid for 5 YEARS to do NOTHING (and I mean not even show up) in WCW. Become basically the mouthpiece for your family. Later induct your much-better brother into the HoF. Sounds like a not bad gig.

He didn't show in wcw because his bro got him the job/character angle contract signed and wcw never called him with any booking gigs. Not sure on macho man's charisma though lol. Talking like a dude that smoked weed for 50 years with the same emotion on anything spoken and a glare every now and then.
