He's following the trend some other members here do, by naming your characters after forum dwellers.

The only renaming phase I ever had was ages ago in middle school, I liked naming people DBZ characters. I mean, Cloud was basically Trunks anyways!

Hey now, I only do that for WRPGs! Because they're so good at coming up with terrible ways to kill you all...

If you choose to play Breath of Fire II for November's Together Retro, rename Jean "Bone" as well.

I put some time into Chrono Trigger last night. Magus went down without much of a fight. I used a Chrono/Frog combo sword/bubble attack, which worked really well irrespective of Magus' purported weaknesses. Now I'm back in dino land, ready for the big dino castle. I'm pretty overleveled. Yes, I grind in Chrono Trigger.

Magus definitely didn't go down without a fight for me last night, but he did go down on my first try. It was just a big of a fight.

I probs had more magic.

Did you have Lightning 2 throughout the castle? Makes the standard battles insanely easy.

Yeah, but I didn't use it much; the skeletons all went down with a single hit.
