That is over FOUR MILLION people the Democrats and Lawyer are not representing! The numbers could grow or drop depending on what does happen in the next four year.

And Trump is representing less than 50% of all Americans.

Only because that's the way the campaigns are supposed to work. Running up the score in New York and California is pointless. If the goal is to win the electoral college, it changes your priorities a bit. I suspect that the margin would have been narrower under different rules, but we will never know, unless I somehow slip to an alternate dimension, Sliders-style.

California Democrats legalize child prostitution
Beginning on Jan. 1, prostitution by minors will be legal in California. Yes, you read that right.

SB 1322 bars law enforcement from arresting sex workers who are under the age of 18 for soliciting or engaging in prostitution, or loitering with the intent to do so. So teenage girls (and boys) in California will soon be free to have sex in exchange for money without fear of arrest or prosecution.

This terribly destructive legislation was written and passed by the progressive Democrats who control California's state government with a two-thirds "supermajority." To their credit, they are sincere in their belief that decriminalizing underage prostitution is good public policy that will help victims of sex trafficking. Unfortunately, the reality is that the legalization of underage prostitution suffers from the fatal defect endemic to progressive-left policymaking: it ignores experience, common sense and most of all human nature — especially its darker side.

The unintended but predictable consequence of how the real villains — pimps and other traffickers in human misery — will respond to this new law isn't difficult to foresee. Pimping and pandering will still be against the law whether it involves running adult women or young girls. But legalizing child prostitution will only incentivize the increased exploitation of underage girls. Immunity from arrest means law enforcement can't interfere with minors engaging in prostitution — which translates into bigger and better cash flow for the pimps. Simply put, more time on the street and less time in jail means more money for pimps, and more victims for them to exploit.

Minors involved in prostitution are clearly victims, and allowing our law enforcement officers to pick these minors up and get them away from their pimps and into custody is a dramatically better solution than making it legal for them to sell themselves for sex. That only deepens their victimization and renders law enforcement powerless to stop the cycle of abuse. SB 1322 is not simply misguided — its consequences are immoral.

New California Law Does Not Legalize Child Prostitution

And that's true — the law does state that minors won't be treated as criminals if they are caught under such circumstances. But state Democrats say that distinction was necessary so that the children aren't being blamed or punished for their situation.

They are instead to be treated as victims who can be placed into a safe environment by the Department of Social Services, keeping them out of the criminal justice system and potentially off the streets again forced into prostitution, said state Sen. Holly Mitchell, who introduced SB 1322.

While minors will be exempt from criminal charges under the new law, anyone caught engaging in acts with them will still be subject to prosecution since sex with a minor is considered statutory rape.

Julian Assange stated Wikileaks released Clinton's Email due to on a private server to prevent exposure from the Freedom Of Information Act. Not sure, maybe he was hinting of the WikiLeaks interview; the Washington Security Briefing was postphoned until Friday. Julian Assange put out the Russians not involved due to the real issue was the Clinton Email; having advance notice of debate questions to her favor. The media providing Clinton over Sanders the questions in advance as well as over Trump; now THAT was an attempt to sway the election which may have led to Sander's downfall.

On Fox News Channel, O'Reilly at times comes across to me as too pompous. Still, I watch his program every day to catch the latest exposing the wrongs; it is how I first learned of that stupid Prostitution Waiver. No, California is not promoting Child Prostitution, but by taking the enforcement tool away from the police, it will now be more wide spread. A Tale Of Two Cities - O'Reilly: Blame Liberal Politicians & Laws for Chaos in Chicago & San Fran
In his Talking Points Memo tonight, Bill O'Reilly examined the causes of rising gun violence in Chicago and property crime in San Francisco, two liberal, Democrat-run cities. He noted that murders were up 57 percent in Chicago in 2016 compared to 2015, which O'Reilly said is due to liberal politicians making it difficult for street cops and the courts to crack down on the gangs at the center of the violence epidemic.

He said that in San Francisco, on the other hand, the growing problem is property crime, with offenses like arson, car theft and larceny up a stunning 61 percent since 2010. He said that's because San Francisco politicians have stopped enforcing quality of life crimes, allowing homeless people to run amok. "The situation is out of control and a disgrace, and that's what happens when incompetent politicians demand the police stop enforcing laws," O'Reilly said.

"Summing up: Terrible laws, cowardly politicians, apathetic voters all lead to chaos. People continue to die in Chicago, and San Francisco is a chaotic mess. But unless voters wise up, nothing will change."

This is in no way legalized child prostitution, and by repeating that lie you are contributing to blatant misinformation. The law absolutely can pull minors off the street and stage interventions, but they will be doing it through child protective services instead of youth courts.

How many of us need to correct your misinformation for you to finally start seeing reality?

Seriously, I don't think the state of CA is just gonna turn a blind eye to underaged hookers. Can you imagine the PR shitstorm if they did?

That said, CRT has a point that I made a true statement. Some damaged young person could exploit this for profit.

For the record, I believe prostitution should be legalized and regulated. Age of consent laws are more tricky, but I think NC has a pretty good setup for reference.
