And now her mom supposedly had some huge stroke and has been carted off to the hospital like an hour ago or so. That death of Carrie may have been the disabling or death of her mother as well.

Dang. Unfortunately I have seen something first hand via direct family with my dad's mother and his grandmother. It is very sad to outlive your child, I cannot even comprehend the thought of that.

Debbie Reynolds has now gone to be with her daughter. I hope they can find peace with one another.

I'm so glad this year is almost over. I'm not sure how much more I can take.

I was just told about that within the last hour, damn that sucks. Now there's a girl in the family who lost her mom and grandma at Christmas, but at least she still has her uncle left. Debbie Reynolds did a lot of stuff, before most our time, but I do recall laughing my ass off at her role in the movie Mother -- look it up.
