What's Your Favorite Looking Arcade Cab?

Post by chuckster »

Just like the title says, post up your favorite looking arcade cabs!

Cabs are always a big draw for me, even if I'll probably never have the space for one, and I love good cab art. It really is a big draw and it's almost a crime that so many games had the bulk of their art hidden by being jammed up into tight rows.

Most classic arcade cabs had fantastic art that really appealed to the Saturday-morning cartoon crowd like me.

Hang-On also wins for me for the motorcycle/sit-down camp, that red cycle is just so slick, even if I could never get the hang of it.

So, what cabs do you guys think are the coolest looking?

Any Darius multiscreen cab
Capcom Big Blue (esp if it has that SFII CE marble look)

I was more into the earlier basics which I enjoyed most. Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, Galaga, and a little later like Spy Hunter as they're just fantastic. Funny seeing this when I own the most un-artistic one basically, the flat red white print NEO*GEO MVS Multi Video System lettering and nothing more on the side.

My all-time favorite, especially the eye-catching controller design.

I love Neo Geo and all but I always thought the MVS cabs were so boring and utilitarian.

I'm seeing another thread similar to this in my new posts, here.

Hate to be that guy, but we've already got one of these.
