Square Enix severely needs Matsuno or Sakuguchi back.

Yeah, just looked it up, took me three hours to get it.

It ended up taking me eleven battles at roughly ten minutes each, so about two hours.

Not quite as bad, then. Look on the bright side, one down, one to go! (If you're going for the best ending.)

My battle count might be off, dunno. I know the time is right, though. And since I was playing NG+, I could burn through battles pretty quickly, so I had really bad luck. :(

It did, however, make everything up to the last boss a complete cinch, and even lessened the problems there.

It was okay, but I didn't like it nearly enough to bother playing through again for the true ending.

The Jackbox Party Pack 1!

I'd heard Fibbage and Drawful were good party games, but now I know for a fact that they are AMAZING party games! Definitely a must have for any holiday X3

ABSO-FREAKING-LOUTELY!

They are also amazing stream games to play with many watchers. That is how I participated in them. They are amazing party games and perfect for any holiday gathering!

I started up a game of Guitar Hero on the Playstation 2!

Of course, I played Guitar Hero/Rock Band when the phenomenon was huge a several years ago, but these were at other people's houses and parties. Now, I finally got to play the original and have fun for myself. I do have a guitar as well and I am looking forward to playing it. I am absolutely horrid at Music Games, but I love playing them. This one should be perfect for me as it has enjoyable music to go with it!

Maken X (Dreamcast)

I saw this game in the "recently in" part of the local resale store (aka, the stuff that hasn't been officially priced yet and it still on the counter ;p), and noticed that it was developed by Atlus, so I took a gamble and just bought it right there. HOLY CRAP this game is nuts. Tons of 1999-quality voice acting (i.e. ver' bad), character models which are also fairly Resident Evil levels of fidelity, but the plot is soooo silly, and the gameplay is nuts! When I actually got to the gameplay and discovered that it was a first person sword action game, I'll admit I was skeptical, but once I actually started fighting guys, this is a really fun game! Looking forward to trying to knock it out before school starts again next week :)

Playing Axiom Verge. Very nice game, but quite hard in places. I do wish, at times, it did more to differentiate itself from Metroid, but that isn't a ding against the quality of the game.

Doom (2016)

Sadly this partly became a showcase of how trophies and unfixed bugs can ruin a experience. To those that don't know the PS4 version (don't know about the other ones) has and has always had a bug that triggers randomnly that causes the game not to count things you have collected or earned. I'm not sure whether your mods can dissappear completely from your save but the counter can reset. This of course can shut you off from getting trophies and most of the trophies are screwed in general even and might not unlock even if this glitch doesn't happen to you.

This bug basically can ruin the whole exploration completely because you never know whether the game is going to break on you. I decided that i wasn't going for the platinum and i wouldn't let this bug ruin the game but i can't but think of it every time i play the game and it's ruining it for me.

Which is a shame because i was finally starting to get into (on the start of the seventh level i think). I didn't really like the game at first because partially because of making the game fast the game kinda feel so weightless that there's no gratification for killing demons. Some guns feel decent but lot of them feel like peashooters and i wasn't expecting it. I would have prefered there to be more weight on them and the sound that comes from them should have been more "meatier".

Even the Doom 3 had more fun shotgun to use than this.
