Got super lucky here in town a few hours ago. Found a guy getting rid of his collection and he happened to put a FC Mobile 88 with all the accessories plus a Super Games 500in1 modern (newly released)multicart with it.
I'm stunned at the quality both of the handheld as it doesn't look like much, but also that cartridge too. The game pack is amazing, it's that new breed with quality modern parts that make a point to minimize or have zero duplicates and it does not disappoint. I did notice Bubble Bobble 2, Rescue Rangers 2, Snow Bros, Mighty Final Fight, Contra Force, Mitsume Ga Tooru, Gun-Nac and a few others on there. I'm not sure what some of the screwball names are but I hope some other of the $100+ club is on that.
The handheld though, wow. Light, comfortable, runs on 4 AAs or AC adapter (comes with the usb power cable - plug, phones looking jack to a/v to tv too, and a wrist strap. He never used it really, still smells new when you turn it on, screen protector on it too from the factory I need to remove yet. Screen is a little over 2" diagonal, but pretty crisp and clear like the AT Games recent Atari or their SMS/GG handheld(this one I have) and the audio also is loud and clear. Despite the broken up d-pad into PS controller buttons it's not flaky, feels solid. Face has 2 sets of B/A, they're turbo, very helpful. Audio and visual on this are bar none hands down good as the real Famicom which is mindblowing as most clones are NOAC shitboxes with issues. Only game I can't fire up, Castlevania III, no idea why. All my other Konami VRC 2 and 4 chip games and other oddballs work fine. Also it's got the 88 on there as it has 88 homemade games in there, nothing amazing but some I tried so far actually aren't trash like a skeet shooter.
Anyone have an experience with these? If someone used the cart before any gems I'm missing?
