Somebody came along and kicked Fluffball out of his gym! That bastard! He was there for 54 days and he got kicked out. Now I'm gonna have to go over there tomorrow, beat them up and throw him back in there.

But not before I power his ass up first. If I had enough Stardust I think he'd be one of the most powerful 'mon I have. Definitely top three at least. I've got the candies for him, but I used up all my stardust already because it's been that long since I tossed him in that Gym

54 days! Now that's great. But I'm seeing a lot of gym turnover, just not in the 5 gyms I still currently hold

For example, Mystic tried to troll the local population with this fine example at the park today -
Image
So you bet I'm going after it, but I refuse to waste a potion on such a thing as this.
Image
1 attack and it was all over. Knowing this is a high traffic location, trolling is as trolling does, but nobody does it better than Valor, I'll make you waste items!
Image
That lasted all of literally 2 minutes as two Mystics swooped in and wiped out a 300+ HP example of Valor tenacity (or is it troll-acity?)

Also, you all need to get ME a Victreebell with Solarbeam. As for now, I'll add another one to the 'dex with Nidoking, and an oddball moveset of Fury Cutter/Sludge Wave. Its CP isn't as good as my Nidoqueen with Poison Jab/Earthquake.

Well, I went to the church this morning to beat up on the guys who took Fluffball out, only to find that Mystic had come back, kicked them out and re-leveled the gym back up to Lvl 5. So instead of spending my time beating up the buggers who kicked me out, I spent my time training the gym so that I could Fluffball back where he rightfully belonged. It took longer than it needed to, due to several Error messages, forcing me to re-start the app, but I was eventually victorious.

Mwahahaha!
After that, I went downtown to do my usual rounds and re-stock. All of the gyms were low levels and none of them were blue. So naturally I went around, kicked everybody out and got the largest amount of coins I've yet to get in a single day.
Image
Here's everyone, off guarding their various gym posts...
Image
Two of them have already been kicked out, but considering the small time investment, it was worth the items used.

I also used a Lucky Egg today and evolved enough guys so that I'm now half way through Lvl 26. I prefer to spend my coins on Incubators, but I had several 'mon ready to evolve into new evolutions and I wanted to get the extra points.

New Pokedex entries are:

Venusaur
Dugtrio
Golduck
Weezing
Seadra
Kabutops
Dragonair
and
Gyarados with...

HYDRO PUMP! YES! HALLELUJAH! PRAISE THE POKEMON GODS!

I also got two new Vaporeons and a Flareon, all of which are over 1800CP and will come in handy for the next gym rush. Really, I'm just happy they weren't more Jolteons. I've got nine of those buggers, I don't need more

NINE GYMS? My goodness. Beats my 7 in one day.

But, I believe I will be getting a steady *6* a day after today. I was able to get some work out on the beach, therefore I was able to travel "Valor Road" where all 5 gyms have belonged to us as long as I can remember (all level 7-10 too) and the one gym where my Flareon 3 has been for two months and counting is looking great!
Image
So I've been in the northern most gym, and down at the southern most gym, I noticed it was level 9 and 46000/50000. So even with the nerfed training cut in half, I only needed 3 battles at 1500 each to ensure long term stability in 2 gyms here on Valor Road.
Image
Exeggutor.P(sychic) which I got last week made a fine addition! That should make it a steady 6 per day for the forseeable future. Not quite 9, but getting there.

Gyarados with Hydro Pump is probably best, but I'd love mine to have Dragon Pulse because it looks cool and damages well. I've got too many with Hydro Pump now. My items need some love, I've got plenty of Hyper/Max potions, but my Super potions are hurting and my revives are near 30.

Blue team came through and took all the gyms near my office and they wont fall for awhile. One, a nearby gastation, is level 10, the lowest slot is a 2800 kangaskhan. Most have atleast five or six in them very little name overlap, and lots of 3000+.

2800 and 3000? I've never seen any that high in my local gyms. Methinks something is up with that, and you said they had Kangaskhans? Could be a little spoofing going on there...

I also came to update that the hotly contested flagpole gym FELL after 26 days by Instinct. That must have taken a lot of work. My "Best Snorlax" is now back, and I powered it up some. So it looks like I'm back to "5" gyms a day again.

Incoming event!

Starting November 23rd at 00:00 UTC and going through November 30th 00:00 UTC, we will double the amount of XP and Stardust you receive when completing in-game actions.

It's a week long Lucky Egg, so you'd best get to doing anything in-game! No word if an actual Lucky Egg will stack with this, but it might be in your best interest to try!

Major changes to CPs across the board also today, this also changes base stats. You may notice CP increases and decreases in your collection today.

This spreadsheet from Silph Road shows who got increased and who dropped.
