Yes its sitting on one of those. Thats how I got it from the previous owner. By looking at your picture I guess im missing a lid?

I gotta get around to fixing my 3DO. The audio has crapped out. I've got the cap kit to fix it, just need to do it. Might save myself some trouble and just replace the audio portion... I really don't feel like recapping the whole thing!

So does the whole unit fit inside it? Maybe i can source a cover some how.

You should definitely pick up D, Star Wars Rebel Assault, and Return Fire.
