Saw that image earlier, whoever crafted it is a comedic genius. Observational (tragic) comedy 100% with that photoshop.

You know what's sad now is that the controller extensions are now jumping in price also. Amazon is all sold out except for one which is 49.00

I couldn't even find any controller extensions here in the UK. I looked last week and Amazon were sold out and Ebay only had ones being sold from China. I bought 2 from China, so I'll have to wait weeks for them. They were really cheap too, so they might not be very good.

Wouldn't it make more sense just to buy an extra long HDMI cable rather than a controller extension? That way you can keep the console (and the reset button) near you.

I think one would also need an extra long USB cable as well, unless parking the console near an outlet.

Of course, HDMI and USB cables are far more readily available, and moving the Reset button near the player is also desirable. So, yeah, more logical to move the console closer.

This works out well, I have done that for all my consoles for decades with switchboxes mounted under the coffee table. That NES Classic is so small it could easily sit next to the TV remote stand.

That's a good idea. Should of thought that first instead of spending 6 bucks

I had actually been wondering about that one myself, how real do you want it? Back in the day many would sit at a cords length a good 6+ feet from the system. You'd have to get up to change a game or hit reset.

But in this case you can surely get the extension controller cord but why?

Go online and find a cheap deal for just 2 things: AC Adapter extension cord + XXft HDMI cable/extension cable.

Just roll the system out to where you need it, stuff the cables behind a cabinet when you do not.

Ninty is making more of these right? I have several relatives wanting to buy these for Christmas gifts, but were unable to get them.
