Yeah, I just "happen to" wander into the video game store all the time too.
Har har... ;) I seriously don't go into Gamestop regularly or really much by choice. The Auntie Anne pretzel place is really close and once I learned months ago they are the only one in town that carried CIB DS games at good prices I look. I saw them unboxing all sorts of stuff bundled up for tomorrow morning so I threw it out there.

Anyway on topic, let me know how you all feel about your experiences with it, other than the microscopic controller cord obviously. I'm really wanting to know how well from paying customers they handled it.

Are any of the extensions licensed by nintendo?
The PlugNPlay could be a big seller, and then again maybe not. Its only 30 games and sixty dollars with just one controller. A niche customer that is into Retro games or older generation that wants to rediscover.

Not sure if there are NEW Nintendo extension cable, could possibly be coming out. Any 3rd party unless real cheaply made will be fine, after all it is just a cable.

Nintendo Store update

https://store.nintendo.com/ng3/browse/s ... =cat830135

They now as of just hours ago added a Classic NES system store page.

Interesting detail, the AC adapter module they sell is ASUS branded?! It looks identical to the one my old Nexus7 tablet had before it melted down and replaced it with the Shield (and I still have it around here somewhere.)

They also sell an HDMI cable, and the USB/micro power cable, or a bundle of cable+power jack. NO extension cord, nor does their Wii or WiiU site so they just don't sell them.

Re: Wii-mote extension cables. Raphnet is the only place I could find to buy them. He sells on ebay and through his website. All the other 3rd party ones were completely sold out at all the online retailers I could find.
On the ebay page, the one review of his cables mention that the plastic sheath pulled back easily and the cable's being held together by only the wires inside.

Thanks, I am pretty awesome! :P

It's seriously awesome, by the way. The emulation is incredible, it's just like playing on a real NES.

Yeah, I posted my photo on Facebook yesterday ane one of my friends asked how I got it early and where I got it from. It's sold out everywhere here in the UK, online at least. I looked on Amazon for them and it's all third party sellers, selling it for like £120 (nearly triple price... :O)
