Re: Playstation Vita thread
I generally think that the Vita is an awesome device. The problem is that library-wise, the games that tend to appeal to me on it are ones that are also on PC. And buying them a second time doesn't appeal to me.

...it's apparently hitting retail a good year earlier than the Smach Zero ("Steamboy").

Re: Playstation Vita thread
One issue I have with the Vita is that I have to buy all the games online!
Seriously, in this (nearby) city I actually have an easier time finding Game Gear or Game Boy games than I do Vita games. Target, Wal-Mart, and Best Buy no longer carry Vita systems or games. GameStop may have 10-15 used ones on the shelf - titles like the God of War Collection and Gravity Rush, mainly.

I think my Target still has quite a few Vita games - though that may be just in a clearance bin.
Re: Playstation Vita thread
Gamestops around me still tends to have a decent selection of new and used Vita games. I mean, it's just one shelf section, but that's about all they have for PC games too.

Re: Playstation Vita thread
My Gamestop has an okay selection of Vita games, but it's just okay - rarely more than 10 or 15 unique titles, and most of them I either already have or have no interest in (or have no interest in at that price point).

Re: Playstation Vita thread
Yeah that could be part of the reason for me as well. I'm also thinking that with the 3DS, I don't have the option to play the games on my TV like with the Vita. I've really enjoyed that aspect since I don't play much outside of my apartment.MrHealthy wrote: I got my 3DS first as well, maybe a year before my vita, and I have more games for the vita too. For me I feel like the 3DS has been such a similar experience to the DS that it wasn't as exciting. Like a, 'Been there, done that' feeling.
I have to do that too, but I probably would do that anyway since I can't driveBoneSnapDeez wrote:One issue I have with the Vita is that I have to buy all the games online!

Re: Playstation Vita thread
I think the Vita scene is about to "switch" to the NX.
Re: Playstation Vita thread
Nahh, because there probably won't be much in the way of boobie games on the Switch.
