There's actually a fairly large Egyptian population in Raleigh about 35 miles south of me. Four new games, 16 thrift finds, 0 from game stores, 6 from Amazon Warehouse and 2 Gamestop pick-ups.
Several good things found via Amazon, but the real goodness was found at the thrift store this month. They are really very good to me there. I love those guys. The dics for those games were in such good condition it looks like they may have only been played once. If you want pictures of those PS2 games, I posted them in the 'Finds' thread.
So, yeah. I was doing really good cutting back, number wise, until the PS2 games showed up. I just couldn't turn them down for $1.50 a pop

Whoever donated those PS2 games to the thrift store had some pretty good taste.

Out of curiosity, how much did you pay for Mario Kart 64? I was at a store recently and saw it was rising in price. It's like a 40-50 game now a days, so if you got that cheap, that is another good find.

I picked up Mario Kart for $20 on Amazon Warehouse Deals. I can only imagine it must have been a price goof, because, like you, the lowest I've been seeing it is around $40.
