Well, I thought it was pretty high traffic. It's a little further away from the three that are downtown, but it is in the same area. Maybe I was wrong though. Or maybe that Snorlax guarding the bottom spot is scaring people away. *shrugs*
You got a little more to go because I got a 2.5 week old gym!
Rub it in why don't cha

Um... ok!

9/10/16 - ???

If you love something, let it go.

(now a Level 6 gym at 18,560 prestige)

Today I got a quad bonus for 4 gyms, with only one returned so far. The other 2 are in nearby Level 5 gyms.

I must have the crappiest team (valor) in town here or I'm just not in the spaces they wish to regularly dominate to inch a character into for bonuses. I'm basically around here I think resigned to dumb luck or just going in every 24 hours (give or take 3hrs) just so I can pop in fast, grab my 10coin+500dust and get out as I can't get a solid grab at all which sucks.

Shame they don't have some period of time to boot people off a gym for squatting too long, or potentially opening up a lot more of them for people to battle into as I'm starting to see spots that just don't and won't get released which is a tad bit demotivating.

...and that said on demotivation, was coming home a couple hours ago, venasaur shows up on radar, I rolled around the area and it never popped up, no idea why as you can kind of sense it out how it drops in/out of the radar where it should be.

Sorry, couldn't resist.

In other news, I still have another gym! It's been trained to Level 6, and if it makes it through the night I'll have at least a double bonus tomorrow.

But I also couldn't resist another night gym battle. This one was at the flagpole that just today flipped Instinct/Valor/Mystic/Valor (my attempt in the following picture)/Mystic/Valor (now) in the course of 12 hours.

I really enjoy the day/night cycles. But it's far more fun to battle at night!

Tons of items too! Around 40 potions of all three types and 16 revives!

I got my coins yesterday, but, alas, Fluffball was kicked out of the trail gym by Valor some time after 10:30. Their victory was short lived, though. If PokeStumble is to be believed, they were only victorious for about an hour before it went back to Mystic.

Today is my day off, so I got an early start this morning by visiting an out of the way Mystic gym and leveling it up to 5 so that I could put Fluffball back on guard duty. I'd been keeping an eye on that gym via Stumble and it didn't look to have switched hands at all during the week, so I'll see how that goes.

Then I headed downtown for my weekly re-stock. Took out the two Lvl 3 Valor Gyms with the help of some other unknown Mystic player who never showed their face (Their Pokemon of choice was Wigglytuff). Picked up some supplies along the way, then headed for the other two Gyms in the area. Both were Mystic, so I leveled them both up to Lvl 5 and collected my earnings.

Blue...Blue everywhere..... (and that Vaporeon in the middle is mine.)
While I was walking, I used my last Lucky Egg for a nice mass-evolve-athon. Here are my new additions:

Vileplume
Slowbro
Sandslash
Klinger
Arbok
Butterfree
Haunter

I don't anticipate three of my Pokemon lasting very long at the gyms downtown due to the high traffic and the weekend coming up. But that one on the trail lasted for a good chunk of time during the week and the church I dumped Fluffball at is kind of out of the way. I'm kinda curious to see how the weekend will progress.

Here's the team that's out and about:

Thanks for your report Michi. We may be on different teams, but I respect your efforts for Team Mystic. :) 5 gyms is a great feeling isn't it? Pokestumble is so useful, and it does provide up to the minute reports. What Pokémon is Klinger, is that one of your names there?

So I found out on Pokestumble today after my weekly Friday morning re-stock that a gym I had to put one in at the very bottom yesterday wasn't completely taken over, but someone attacked it to just kick my Slowbro out. Not cool! I went back there and retrained. It's now Level 6. Another church gym I used yesterday which is historically a place where Valor has it more than any other team is now at Level 8, my entry is third in the rotation. I was also able to get a 5-bonus today, but as of now I still have 3.

As I was coming back I hit another church that has 3 Pokéstops and found a new one there!

Appraised "decent" (51-65%), but DEF is at 15, HP is good, and charge move is the best! It will be a good gym-trainer thanks to its low CP and Normal type.

I enjoy seeing everyone's reports here, too. It's interesting reading about everyone else's experiences. I'm quite jealous of your new find. I saw a shadow for one the other day, but alas, I could not find him.

Five gyms in one go is a very nice feeling indeed. The one Exeggutor has already come back (I placed him in a church downtown), but the other four seem to be holding at the moment. *crosses fingers for tomorrow*

Oops. Yeah. It's Kingler. I accidently typed in the name I gave him

EDIT: Whoops. Down to three. I expect Vaporeon will be the next to sent back to me shortly.

I never get tired of gym reports. Until Niantic puts any new features in, that's pretty much the endgame for me, and I never tire of gyms. I encourage all of you to send in your reports as well, it's not a bad thing!

As for me, I'm also still holding on to 3. One gym got knocked off 500 points, but is still hanging on to level 6 (Exeggutor at lowest level, once it gets knocked to L5, I'm out) and the Level 8 gym took a 2000 point hit on prestige but is still just above 30k meaning it's remaining at Level 8. My first Vaporeon will be out once the gym gets below 16000 and L5. So I'm hoping for a 2-3 bonus tomorrow, no battles for me, just a few stops, now that I got around 40 revives, I'm stocking up for another out of area adventure next week.

Kingler, that's it! I've got a couple of those. As for the Licktung, yes, it's a great find, but I still don't have that elusive Dratini yet!
